Dave Dawson, CEO, comes from DELL where he was previously responsible for inbound supply chain strategy, supply chain services, and a global sourcing organization that managed $45 billion in online commerce. Prior to joining Dell he was the Vice President of Global Sourcing Services for Ariba-FreeMarkets where he led teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas executing $35 billion of online auctions. A former Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy and technical engineer, Mr. Dawson is an accomplished international executive with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in a variety of global organizations.

Shane Whittington, CFO, comes from Dal-Tile Corporation where he led the company's market research and analysis efforts including market definition, competitive profiling, and strategy development. He also managed the financial reporting and analysis for five business teams representing approximately $850 million in revenue. Prior to Dal-Tile, Shane spent three years at Doherty Capital, Inc., a Bay Area investment company specializing in start-up medical device opportunities. He reviewed business plans, developed financial forecasts, and negotiated and executed capital requirements for their portfolio companies. In addition, he managed the financial operations for several ventures including the merger with a publicly traded dental laser company. Shane received his BBA from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.

Shawn Allen, President & COO of AssetAuctions, For the past six years Shawn has managed complete Asset Recovery programs for global 1,000 customers, designing comprehensive asset management systems tailored to individual customer needs. Prior to AssetAuctions, Shawn worked at FreeMarkets as the General Manager of the Asset Recovery Business Unit. Shawn holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and an MA in Applied Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a BS in Mathematics from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA.

Jim Reilly, President & COO of SalvageSale, has more than 20 years of senior-level operations, technical, and sales management experience from the oil and gas, environmental and industrial services industries. He was previously Vice President of Sales for Philip Services, where he led an integration team comprised of nine business groups. In addition, Jim was responsible for the sales of 77 service lines, including the management of 75 sales representatives, which earned approximately $450 million in annual revenue. Jim has extensive business and operations management experience and has managed numerous multi-million dollar projects and services programs for Fortune 100 companies. His operations management experience includes hundreds of successfully completed, complex assignments following the 2004 hurricane season, Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita in 2005 and Hurricane Ike in 2008. Jim received a bachelor of science from Texas Tech University.

Scott Richardson, Vice President of Technical Solutions, is responsible for the overall architecture, design and development of the e-commerce platform. Scott has nearly 15 years experience in developing full life cycle information systems and has extensive experience in business process design, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and training of software projects of all sizes. His broad experience covers many industries, including energy solutions, financial exchanges, online commodity exchanges, and international e-commerce. Previously, he was responsible for leading the deployment of Web-based solutions for an e-commerce consulting practice. Scott is a cum laude graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in business analysis, and earned an MBA in finance with the Dean's Award for Excellence from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston.
